The Allegan Area Educational Service Agency (AAESA) is requesting quotes on behalf of the member schools and school districts in Allegan County, Michigan for a COPY & BOND PAPER BID. This is RFQ AAESA-10-CP. This bid will include copy paper, printer paper, colored paper, index stock and card stock, in a variety of sizes and colors. Schools will be able to order paper in quantities suitable to their needs and storage capacity throughout the entire agreement period. The length of the agreement as a result of this RFQ will run from September 1, 2010 through August 31, 2012 with possible biannual price reviews. Proposals must be received prior to 2:00 PM (local time) on, September 10, 2010 at 310 Thomas St., Allegan, MI 49010. Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud promptly after 2:00 PM. All bids received after 2:00 PM on the bid date will not be accepted and will be returned to the Bidder unopened. Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting:
