HILLSIDE CENTERS

In service to its 8 local districts, AAESA offers services and programs for students with significant disabilities in the areas of physcal needs, cognitive/learning needs, sensory/communication needs and behaviooral needs. To accomplish this, 3 sites have been established:
Hillside Learning Center (West) -located at 212 grove Street, Allegan, Michigan 49010.
Hillside Behavior Center (East) -In cooperation with Hopkins Public Schools is located at 400 Clark Street, Hopkins, Michigan 49328.
Young Adult Campus -Located at 219 S. Farmer Street, Otsego, Michigan 49078.
Hillside West Learning Center
consists of classroom programs designed to educate students ages 3-26 who are experiencing significant disabilities.
Hillside East consists of classroom programs designed to educate students K-12 who experience significant social/emotional and behavioral disabilities.
The Young Adult Campus emphasizes community based instruction with a focus on vocational skills and functional academics.
