Tables and Chairs are on wheels so people can scoot together easily for collaboration. When all 3 projectors are used there is not a bad seat in the room and everyone quickly realizes this is a new environment without a ‘head of the classroom’. Interactive whiteboards and the document camera allow learners to be able to participate more fully in the presentations. The sound system not only increases the volume of the speaker but it also increases the attention of the learners as the speakers are spread out evenly throughout the room. The Polycom is always ready to connect with the world for videoconferences and the hi-tech speaker phone allows a roomful or people to participate in webinars. This one hour session will show you how-- to use the projectors one at a time, two at a time and all 3 at once-- to take care of the interactive boards (training on board is a separate class)--to use the document camera--to use the microphones and sound system--the polycom is used for video conferences’07 is Driving Me Nuts! Once they are online, it doesn’t matter what computer you are using. For this session we will be using Del.icio.us to organize, add notes, make private, share and network favorite websites. If you have a Del.icio.us account already but don’t use it much or if you have never heard of such a thing but want to have your favorites at your fingertips then this session is for you.
