• Culinary Arts

     
    Are you in heaven when you're in the kitchen?  Enrollment in the Culinary Arts program will give you the experience you need to go into many areas of food service.  You will get plenty of hands-on experience in our kitchen.  Hands-on experience in baking, gourmet cooking and entree preparation.  Students will also participate in applications of nutrition, food service, banquets and catering.

    Course Description:
    Students will learn new cooking methods, how to serve customers, and to prepare large quantities of food; also baking, cake decorating, and catering services. Student must be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic.
