The Employability Skills Program offers a unique world of learning experiences to students with special needs. Participate in team learning activities leading to the world of work. Areas of focus include entry-level job skills, improving customer service and building healthy relationships with co-workers.
The program's goal is to build more independent skills through simulated and authentic work settings. During this program students learn the importance of positive work attitudes, effective communication, quality of work, cooperation, following directions, staying on task, working independently and time management.
