Two Plainwell Middle School Robotics teams competed at the VEX World Championship Robotics Tournament in Dallas, Texas. Teams Trial and Error and Bad Bananas created "unforgettable" memories while competing against 488 middle school teams from around the world! The two teams were two of 12 from Michigan that participated in seven qualifying matches. The on-the-scene-report from the event was “Both our teams experienced both wins and losses, but we never lost our fighting spirit”.

Congratulations to team Trial and Error (Mai, Liam & Erica) and team Bad Bananas (Parker, Blaine & Luca) on an incredible few days in Dallas. Special thanks to their coaches, Marie Tsuji, Sarah Orr & Dan Klein, Robotics leader Joe Gentile, as well as the many sponsors for making this trip possible for the students. As they arrived home, they reflected on their amazing experience "with memories to last for a lifetime!"
