The Tech Center and Transition Center buildings will be closed from December 20 to January 2.
Hillside Learning Center will be closed from December 21 to January 3.
The Education Service Center will be closed December 23 to 27 and December 29 to January 2.

Santa makes his grand arrival in Downtown Allegan escorted by the Allegan High School Band, floats, vehicles, and more! The parade marches through Downtown and ends with the tree lighting and visits with Santa in Mahan Park.

Congratulations to Hillside nurse Natalie Smith. Today she is being honored as one of mLive's 2023 Top Nurses at an awards brunch in Lansing. She is one of 11 nurses recognized for going above and beyond everyday, dedicating their careers to providing care for others.
Today is National STEM/STEAM Day. The @AlleganAreaESATechCenter has a fantastic STEM program called Engineering, Electronics, and Robotics. Students investigate the world of engineering through hands-on projects (e.g., underwater remote operated vehicle [ROV], pumpkin launchers, robots, electronic devices.) Students will apply the Engineering Design Method while using 2D and 3D design software, 3D printers, hand tools, and power tools to build electronic circuits, program Arduino/Raspberry Pi devices, program an industrial FANUC robotic arm, and learn digital application competencies
