Outlook Academy

We would like to announce a new reward for students who reach level four status. On Fridays all level 4 students will have the option to have French fries with their lunch.

Along with this, the entire school has a shot at French fries every Friday with the "French Fries Challenge"

If the whole school has 10 write-ups or less during a 5 day period (Friday through Thursday). Then the whole school gets Fries!

We know all of our students can do it! and we are looking forward to your success!

For the week of September 22nd through September 26th, we would like to congratulate Xander as this weeks student of the week. Xander is Determined, Always Respectful, Willing to, Goal directed and Safe. Excellent job.

This upcoming week, from September 29th to October 3rd, is Outlook Academy's Spirit Week!

MONDAY: Will be Pajama day, rock your best jamjams!
TUESDAY: Is Adam Sandler day, dress up like your favorite sann-man, movie character (or real life Sandler).
WEDNESDAY: Is Cohort color day, each teacher cohort picks a color (can't be black or white) cohort with the most participants wins.
THURSDAY: Is hat day, wear your fav lid!
FRIDAY: Is Freaky Friday, also known as teacher-student swap day, teachers dress like students and students dress like teachers.

participation must be school appropriate. Earn points for your cohort.

We hope everyone is able to participate and have fun during this school years Spirt Week, we are all looking forward to you showing your school spirit!

Hello Everyone! With the arrival of the fall weather, we would like to celebrate by allowing all students to wear any school appropriate hoodie, in line with the dress code, to school this Monday (9/8/25), Staff should wear a hoodie with an Outlook logo on it. We hope you were all able to enjoy your weekend and we look forward to seeing you all tomorrow!

Hello O A family, Labor day weekend is here! As such we will have a 4 day weekend in celebration of the holiday. So, no school on 8/29/25 and 9/1/25. We hope you all have a wonderful holiday to celebrate the hard workers that make our country great. We look forward to seeing you all back in school on 9/2/25.

This being the end of the school year for the Outlook Academy family we cant help but look back over the year and the memories we've made. We've all had some good time and some hard times which comes with life; with that, we can appreciate all the hard work the student's have put in to grow as individuals. We bid a fond fair well to the students who graduated this year and the staff members that are moving on to the next chapters in their lives, you will all be sorely missed. We hope everyone is able to have a wonderful summer and we here at Outlook Academy look forward to seeing everyone returning for the next school year!

Miller lake campground has graciously offered free showers for anyone that may have lost access to water in the aftermath of the storm that has hit the area. They are located on the west side of 131 between Shelbyville and Martin at 2130 Miller Lake Dr, Hopkins, MI 49328. Please call ahead of time to confirm location and availability.

Shorts day this upcoming Monday on May, 12th 2025. Please remember that all students are allowed to wear school appropriate shorts to class on this day. We hope you all enjoy your weekend and we are looking forward to seeing you all ready to learn and enjoy your shots day this Monday!

With help from caring members of the community we were able to publish the 2024-2025 Outlook Academy Year Book! Which students were able to receive today along with a short celebration where staff and students were able to reminisce about all the great time's they've had this school year. We hope everyone keeps up the hard work and can continue to make positive memories for a lifetime to come.
