The Graphic Art & Design program was contacted by Kim Sparks with the Allegan High School Drama Club to design a 7.5' long banner to be used in their upcoming "Elf" musical as a backdrop. Three banners were printed for the musical. Leah Schumacher (Hopkins High School, center) was the lead designer, Navaya Ingle (Hopkins High School, right) created the shelf background, and Madi Dendel (Otsego High School, left) also helped with finding just the right toys.


The EMS program went to Grand Rapids Life EMS and Allegan County Dispatch for their fieldtrip this week. Students were able to learn how dispatch works, try out the mobility transport, and check blood pressures.






The Veterinary Technical Sciences program traveled to the zoo for learning this week!

Students in our Teacher Education program have been working on creating individual “All About Me” books. These books will be read in our on site preschool next week with the preschool children. During that time, high school students will be working on creating relationships with the children, and starting to focus on classroom management skills that have been taught in the classroom.
